The A.I. Wholesaler is a monthly digital subscription that provides immediate access to software tools and AI services. Because access is granted the moment your payment is processed, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page or the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review each request individually and, when appropriate, will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Chargebacks issued without contacting support first may result in loss of access to the service.
